Order Cancellation

Once the order has been shipped or processed for dispatch, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation is approved before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
